It&#8217;s called <a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/explore\/\">Flickr Explore<\/a>, and it&#8217;s kind of a dynamic rating system for cool photos that is based on several variables (which they call &#8220;interestingness&#8221;).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>There are lots of things that make a photo &#8216;interesting&#8217; (or not) in the Flickr. Where the clickthroughs are coming from; who comments on it and when; who marks it as a favorite; its tags and many more things which are constantly changing. Interestingness changes over time, as more and more fantastic photos and stories are added to Flickr.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The interesting photos are broken down by month and day, so you can take a look at the coolest photos for the day or month of your choice.
