(creating banner ads)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:Yellow\"><strong>Delayed:<\/strong><\/span><strong> <\/strong>Projects should be addressed, but don&#8217;t require immediate attention (proof of concept first).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:Red\"><strong>Immediate:<\/strong><\/span><strong> <\/strong>Projects that have significant impact and really matter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expectant: <\/strong>projects that are critically flawed and no amount of time and effort can save.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nSelflessness<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product is the star &#8211; don&#8217;t think you are a genius designer. Don&#8217;t thin-slice. Don&#8217;t just jump right into wireframes.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing is a team sport. Leads digital strategy and planning, collaborates in all phases, responsible for the vision, quality and performance of the work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nMercy Killings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some products just nee to be put out of their misery (this is hard to do).<\/li>\n<li>Learn how to say no (like Steve Jobs).<\/li>\n<li>\nHow to say no: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tell the truth. <\/li>\n<li>Ask questions. <\/li>\n<li>Tell stories. <\/li>\n<li>Reflect Conflict. <\/li>\n<li>Poison Pill (plant seeds for something to die). <\/li>\n<li>Quit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nScrappiness<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Figure out how to turn no resources into something killer.<\/li>\n<li>\nDetermine Vision<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is it?<\/li>\n<li>Who is it for and what&#8217;s their payoff?<\/li>\n<li>Why are we creating it?<\/li>\n<li>How does it work?<\/li>\n<li>What re the risks?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Lean UX?
