DARPA has funded research on this four-legged robot from a company called Boston Dynamics. The robot’s name is Big Dog, and it is really freaky… in a good way.

This dog has been around for a long time. They released a video back in 2006, the new video was just cooler looking, and shows how far it has come in that time. You almost feel like you’re watching something alive. You have to agree, that mule vehicle isn’t half as cool!
